Coach Mook is a health and wellness practitioner whose passion was born out of personal transformation. With a background in engineering and technical studies, he earned his degree at Central Connecticut State University and began working in the field. However, it didn’t take long to realize that the traditional nine-to-five life behind a desk felt out of alignment with his deeper purpose.

While navigating personal challenges, trauma, and declining mental health, he turned to fitness as an emotional and physical outlet. What started as a way to cope quickly became a lifestyle—and eventually, a calling. As he began to share his journey and support others informally, it became clear that helping people reclaim their wellness was more than a passion—it was his purpose.

After being laid off from a contracting role, Coach Mook took a leap of faith and began offering health and wellness services part-time, which quickly grew into a full-time practice. Today, he helps others transform their lives from the inside out, using movement, mindset, and motivation as tools for healing and growth.

Our Small Group Strength Training sessions are a popular choice for many! With a cap of just 6 participants per session, you get the perfect balance of community, personalized attention, and a more affordable option compared to 1-on-1 personal training.

One thing our community loves is the variety of programs we offer to support overall wellness. After a week of challenging yourself in our Semi-Private Training, Bootcamps, or Personal Training sessions, we have a range of amenities designed to keep you feeling strong and balanced. Whether it's focusing on recovery with Flex & Flow Mobility, boosting your cardio with Boxing Pad Training, or getting expert guidance with Nutrition Counseling, we’re here to help you thrive both inside and outside the gym.

He will help you modify an exercise if you are a beginner or have an injury, but he will also call you out if he sees you resting a little too long or not using heavy enough weights! He’s also much more than a personal trainer, he is your hype man! Also, don’t be fooled when you think those 45 minutes were pretty easy - I can assure you that you will not be able to sit on hard surfaces tomorrow.
